One of our remaining house projects is remodeling our living room fireplace, and we have lots of styles to choose from.
Over the past few weeks we have been busily installing the backsplash in the kitchen, as well as deciding on our style of wainscoting (board and batten) for the kitchen, laundry, and dining rooms.
We had a super busy weekend over here in the Kraft house, as we finally finished our master bedroom renovation!! We are so thrilled to have our room back, liveable, and super comfortable for us to hang out in during the evenings. It's actually an enjoyable space now! Just as a reminder, this is the … Continue reading DIY Master Bedroom Renovation

It's difficult to tell from the photo, but the walls were a dreary lavender color. I decided to spice … Continue reading Wanderlust Guest Bedroom
Our dining room has been a relatively simple project, but I'm so excited for it to be almost complete! Other than the floor, which as I've mentioned previously is going to be a huge project when we get to it, we have pretty much everything done. One of the first things I did when we … Continue reading Dining Room Makeover
Our house was previously owned by a pair of wine enthusiasts, as I may have mentioned before. One of the things this pair did was install a "temperature-controlled wine room" leading off of the laundry room. In reality what we had was a homemade storage closet with a small refrigeration unit attached to a wall. … Continue reading Building a Butler’s Pantry, Part I
